I have had inventor crash several times this morning. This morning, I was working on a different project simple shaft two or three sketch and trying to tap a concentric hole and it crashed at the same spot multiple times.

I’m not aware this was one of the ‘unexpected exits’ they fixed but it sounds like it is worth reporting to the inventor team as mark suggests. The box says Inventor has closed unexpectedly. I should have taken a picture. Launch Inventor again and see if the workflow crashes again.
