The next time I tried to access Word it wouldn’t load and I received the error 0xc Following the advice I’d seen here I repaired Office – the Office products did indeed load, but were now showing as unlicensed products. I found my original purchase email which provides a link to download etc – however, you need to obviously! It wouldn’t accept my gmail account which it was ordered from.

I tried my work email – this is recognised, but I couldn’t recall the password and it doesn’t allow me to reset my password either.
