When I perform an email search in Outlook it is taking mins to find all the emails that relate to that search. Now my question is, is there a program that you can buy that will one: make the email search faster? Two: have all the emails searched and three: keep the emails in the sub folders they are currently in?

There are several ways to archive an email message. From the inbox view, long-press the message then tap the Archive icon. Tap this icon to archive the message.
