Your Outlook data is very large or, your Outlook client has many folders, especially those custom folders where the data size is large. Low network connectivity or, network performance issue. If so, we suggest you try the following 2 methods to further check it: 1. Reduce your Outlook data size.

I then ran the repair online task and now Outlook is opening up normally. I will keep an eye on it over the next couple of days and will report back to this thread.
